If you're tired of going cold-turkey, counting calories, and feeling like you'll never break out of this struggle, this workshop is for you.
Over six weeks, you'll change the way you think about sugar. You'll learn to view your sugar cravings
as a valuable insight instead of a curse. Together we'll discover what your body is telling you,
and you'll develop a self-care toolkit for those times when eating an entire tray of brownies
starts seeming more and more reasonable. (We all know that feeling, right?)
