A healthy running workshop for new, injured, or inquisitive runners
Most running programs tell you how far to run and when to take a day off, but have you ever wondered whether there’s more to running than, well, running? In fact, there is! If you want to be efficient and injury-free, you’re going to need to invest some time fine-tuning your running muscles.
In this workshop we'll test your lateral hip strength, which is essential for healthy running but sorely lacking in many runners. We’ll learn a set of exercises that will show you your weak, overly tight areas at the same time it helps remedy them. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what healthy running is and how to do it not just for this season, but for life.
