I believe in whole-person health, and in meeting my clients where they are. You know your body best. My role is to support you through the changes you wish to make.
I work with individuals, groups, and organizations to educate about the necessity of natural human movement. Our culture has a movement deficiency, which is evident in the prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases.
My mission is to counter this deficiency by educating and inspiring people in all walks of life to move more.
